St. John Lutheran School is interested in preparing children for both time and eternity. Our teaching staff is a very qualified group of people. With our small class size, our gifted teachers can encourage each student to reach his or her full potential. Learning math and reading, English and social studies are all absolutely important to be a successful citizen in today's world. At our Christian school we don't just stop with academics. We also teach values such as the value of hard work, patience and perseverance. We also teach students to think about their decisions and make responsible choices. We are here to help parents raise children that can contribute to society, bring pride to the family and most importantly bring glory to God. EDUCATING THE BODY
St. John Lutheran School believes that physical education is indeed important. It is valuable for children to learn to use their bodies and develop athletic skills, both for reasons of health and enjoyment. Playing sports also allows us to teach good character, sportsmanship and perseverance. The goal of our sports programs is not to win but to teach children to do their best with the gifts and abilities given to them. In the fall the boys play soccer and the girls volleyball. The winter months are taken up by basketball and the spring by softball. We play other Christian schools and stress Christian behavior both on and off the field.

AFFORDABLE
Money is a fact of life. Our school also needs money to operate and therefore we do charge a tuition. We have tried to make our school as affordable as possible. For example a family with five children in our school would pay only approximately $335.00 a month for 12 months. Let's compare that to other bills we automatically pay. It's easy for a family to have a $50.00 phone bill or a $40.00 cable bill. People think nothing of paying $300.00 car payments. Yet in 10 years the car is rusty and the cable prices just went up. But the investment you make in your children will still be blessing your lives. When you look at your bills there is no better way or better investment than your children's future.
